Leadership

ARSCO became a corporation in 1984 as A Richard Smith Co, Inc., dba today as American Roofing Systems Company. Richard Smith is a fourth generation Arkansan, and he and his wife Peggy, who is the heart of the company, both grew up in Cammack Village, AR, graduated from Hall High, and went to the University of Central Arkansas. Their three children grew up in Little Rock, where the family resided before moving to Bentonville, AR in 2001. They serve in church, community, and in service organizations and have been on several mission trips to Haiti and Mexico. They are the proud grandparents of six fabulous grandchildren.

Alice Dennis has been a part of ARSCO from the beginning. She is the administrator for both ARSCO offices. Her organizational skills and professionalism have been, and are, invaluable to the company. She, too, is a native Arkansan and grew up in Paris, Arkansas. She and her husband, Bill, live in Maumelle, have three children, four beautiful granddaughters, and a handsome grandson.

Agents

Gary Ables, Executive Manager, graduated of Parkview H.S. in Little Rock followed by a stint with the U.S. Army. After being honorably discharged in 1968, Gary went to the University of Arkansas and from there worked for several financial institutions. He has been involved in the roofing business since 2009, and his pleasant manner and high standards offer his customers and ARSCO the highest degree available in the roofing industry.

Keith Price, also new to ARSCO in the spring of 2011, has been involved in home remodeling and new construction where he has designed and installed securities systems since 1994 as an expert in the field. With his high standards and knowledge of the industry his addition to the company is a real plus, and he has hit the ground (or roofs) running. He and his wife Karen are the beaming parents of one son, Taylor, who is attending school in Little Rock. Both Keith and Karen are graduates of Parkview H.S. in Little Rock and the University of Central Arkansas, and thy are active in trade, civic, and church organizations.
