Richard Smith
CEO
Richard is the founder and CEO of ARSCO and has worked successfully in various fields of sales and customer service for 64 years. He and his wife, Peggy, have been happily married for 56 years and live in Bentonville, AR. They have 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. Richard is a man of faith, a loving husband, father, and "Poppy," and an active member and servant of his community. His leadership, strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence in all he does, have positively affected the people around him and helped build ARSCO into what it is today.

Ashley has been working with ARSCO since 2012. She has a background in corporate sales and client relations, as well as the health and fitness industry. Ashley has a passion for helping others, both personally and professionally. She and her husband Bud live in Bentonville, AR. They have two children and 3 beautiful granddaughters.

Gary has been in the roofing business for 16 years and has worked with ARSCO for 12 of those years. He was a former assistant club golf professional and has been in sales and marketing for over 40 years. Gary lives in Little Rock, AR, and serves the Central Arkansas area for ARSCO.

Agent
Keith and his wife Karen of 25 years live in Little Rock. Their son Taylor recently graduated from the University of Arkansas. Keith has been a representative for Arsco Roofing in Central Arkansas since 2011. Keith is also owner and operator of De-Tec Security Systems, a local ADT Authorized Dealer since 1996. Keith’s number one priority in business is to exceed his customers expectations.

ARSCO offers free roof inspections to assess potential hail and storm damage in order to determine, in our professional opinion, whether the roof needs to be replaced, or just needs to be repaired.
