Most insurance claims require a complete tear off and replacement including all ventilation with like materials that are on the roof when the claim is warranted. Regarding materials and applications, all roofers are required to follow the line items per the claim at a minimum, and it is rare that we don’t do more than what is stated.

If we determine, in our professional opinion, that your roof has sustained sufficient damage for a claim, we will suggest that you call your insurance agent to file a claim.
Once your claim has been filed, the insurance company will set an appointment for an adjuster to come to your property and assess the damage. It’s important to let the claims office know that you already have a contractor, and that you want your contractor to be there to meet with the adjuster. We will then be present to meet with the adjuster during the inspection of your property, doing our best to remove any doubt that your roof qualifies for a replacement, plus any other issues that need to be addressed.
Once the claim is issued, we will begin the job, following through every aspect of the claim to rebuild and restore your home. We will explain the payment schedule you can expect from the insurance company, as well as what will be due to ARSCO, and when. We will assist you in picking out shingle color, style, and type according to the claim specifications, and we will be available to answer any questions you may have about any aspect of the process along the way.
